What does it mean to be a leader? What does it take to successfully manage direct reports? Does altruism play a role on what we do?

Decision Making in families, as well as other situations (business)
This could be universally applied to other situations
outside of marriage. Dave and I were
discussing the exceptions being not equally yoked in a marriage, or if one were
to receive inspiration – as long as the other is capable of receiving answers, the
other receives confirmation of the answer the first received. There might be more exceptions, but we agreed
it’s too easy to apply the exception when a person wants to, and prefer to side
on the model of decision making established by the brethren.

First post
This is the idea. Steve, Rob and I had such a fun conversation the other day, we wanted to maintain that conversation regardless of the time and distance that life can throw at us. The ground rules are to limit ourselves to the 13 Articles of Faith, and not stray too far out into the unknown. Personal opinion, experiences and thoughts are welcome. We're scientists, and as such, we'd expect a certain level of rational thought, reasoning and as Alma puts it, "word experimentation". The ultimate goal of the blog is to strengthen our testimonies, provide a forum for support and discussion and share meaningful aspects of the Gospel that lead us to improve ourselves and those we love.
